Temperature guide
Achieving and maintaining a rapid temperature increase after lighting are essential to optimise combustion.
- 0°C/120°C: temperature causing the formation of soot and creosote (tar deposits), which is highly flammable
- 120°C/250°C: ideal operating temperature
- 250°C/500°C: excessive temperature that may cause damage due to appliance overheating
