The result of a culture of equality, this excellent result illustrates the company’s commitment to its employees and to promoting greater diversity at all levels of the organization.
Each year, companies with more than 250 employees are required to publish their performance in terms of pay parity based on five criteria.
In 2025, Dixneuf will continue its proactive policy of promoting gender equality in accordance with the provisions and objectives set out in the company agreement signed by the social partners in 2022.

5-year warranty
Since March 2022, a 5-year warranty has been applied to designer accessories for stoves and fireplaces in the Intensément Design range of the Dixneuf Collection, manufactured in France by Dixneuf.
This 5-year warranty is divided into a 2-year legal warranty and a 3-year commercial warranty.
