Heating generates residue and soot that needs to be cleaned regularly. Your stove’s or fireplace’s flue must be free of blockages to avoid poor performance, chimney fires or carbon monoxide poisoning.
Sweeping is mandatory! Failure to have it carried out could result in a fine.
Have your installation swept by a qualified sweep twice a year: once before heating season and again mid-season.
